President/CEO

As Founder and President of PETRA Incorporated, Jerry Frank emulates the integrity and good business sense the company has exemplified for over a decade. Jerry understands that a successful company is a team, not an individual. He has assembled a team of veteran, licensed professionals that hold experience in all types of commercial construction and possess comprehensive knowledge on market conditions. With over 20 years of experience in commercial construction, Jerry's enthusiasm for perfection, coupled with his expertise in the industry fulfills clients' expectations for their construction projects.
Senior Director
Gene operates in the capacity of Senior Advisor for all construction projects and as director for all large projects, construction management, and worship center construction. Gene Bennett joined the PETRA Team with more than 38 years experience in the construction industry. He is a registered professional Engineer and an Idaho Licensed Construction Manager. Gene has managed large, complex projects such as bridges, dams, and design-build manufacturing plants. He brings decades of knowledge and skill to each project. Gene evaluated his lengthy career and was attracted to the Christian-based PETRA Team by its united commitment to God and quality integrity based construction based practices.
Director of Construction
Art Stevens adds a high level of energy to every project he is involved with. Art holds a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Colorado State University. He oversees every facet of PETRA’s construction jobs ensuring a successful outcome of the facility and thrives on PETRA's comprehensive Pre-Construction Plan, offering turnkey projects to each client. He specializes in creating a complete team of architects, engineers, and a construction management team for each PETRA project. Art defines the construction plan to reach the desired outcome safely and successfully and works vehemently to meet the client's needs and requirements for the project.
Director of Business Development
Chris Brand maintains constant, momentum and forward-thinking concepts for PETRA by successfully procuring and fostering “Rock-Solid” Construction Partner relationships with clients. Chris joined the PETRA Team after 17 years of working in international and domestic business, real estate investment, development, and construction. Chris possesses experience and comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of business development and received an International M.B.A. from The Thunderbird School of Global Management and holds a B.A. in economics and marketing from the University of Missouri - Columbia. Chris strives to maintain continuous client satisfaction through steadfast business relationships built on the concepts of trust, integrity, and construction partnerships.
